DELIVERY

The orders you have given from https://tcab.biz are given to the fast cargo within 2 working days. When it is shipped, the cargo tracking number will be sent as a message to the phone number in your order. Average delivery time is 3-4 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the density of the cargo company. Don't forget to check your shipping address to avoid any confusion. Our shipping fee is 20 TL.

 

What is required for a product to be considered a return?

 

The product you want to return must be unused and the product must not have any deformation. If the product you have purchased has accessories, it must be returned with the gift (not damaged). The packaging of purchased electronic products must be unopened. Refunds are not provided for products that are deformed to the extent that they cannot be resold after being returned.

 

HOW CAN I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE?

 

You can return the unused product within 14 working days by writing the reason for the return on the invoice and returning it to SÜRAT KARGO with the *SÜRATKARGOKODU* agreement code.

You do not have to pay any fees when returning with the cargo company.

After the product reaches us and is approved, you will receive information via e-mail, and half of the 30 TL shipping fee is paid by our company and half by our sending customers. 

(Bank commissions, shipping fees, etc. transactions are not refunded in return transactions.)
